Grace has over 15 years' experience in property - Starting out at an independant estate agency in Central South London, moving on to work in design-led property development in Central London and more recently turning her focus to buying agency with the aim of making the service affordable for property purchasers in the lower and mid sections of the London market.
After leaving Art College in 2008 to work in property, Grace saved for six years before getting a foot on the property ladder and enabling her first project. The creation of PlaceLondon came naturally after years of advising friends and family through their property transactions whilst also pursuing personal projects and having witnessed first-hand the complications that are so commonplace as part of the buying process.
